A familiar kind of scattered
The bill is in an email. The insurance information is in a drawer. A subscription renews unnoticed. Your partner asks where a document is, and you’re the only person who knows.
This reset gives those loose ends a home. You’ll know where to look, what needs attention and who handles the next step.
What you’ll work toward
You’ll build these with guided templates and your own household information kept private.
A clear inventory of monthly income, recurring costs and next actions.
See due dates, renewals and charges you want to review.
Know where records are securely stored without copying sensitive contents.
Track important accounts and follow-up actions. Keep secrets in your password manager.
Review password-manager, two-factor and account-recovery status.
Help a trusted adult find approved contacts and secure information locations.
Agree who handles what and hold a short recurring check-in.
Keep records and routines current as life changes.
Four weeks. A manageable sequence.
Week 1
Inventory what comes in, what goes out, what is due and what needs review. Create a money snapshot, bill tracker, subscription tracker and debt inventory.
Week 2
Build a document location index and important account inventory. Agree how your household finds information while keeping sensitive records securely stored.
Week 3
Use provider instructions to review password-manager, two-factor and recovery settings. Draft a lost-phone plan and a household verification rule.
Week 4
Connect your files, emergency-information pointers and calendar. Assign responsibilities, practice a weekly review and set an annual reset reminder.
Live guidance, usable tools
Each session combines teaching, a template walkthrough and time to work. Weekly assignments help you continue at your own pace.
This is the first live beta. Your optional honest feedback will help improve it. Completion depends on the work you choose to do.
It provides household organization education. It is not suited to someone seeking individualized financial, legal, tax, medical or cybersecurity advice, incident response, or someone to manage accounts on their behalf.
No financial savings, security outcome or completed system is guaranteed.

No. Your household keeps its working files private. Do not upload statements, identity documents, private legal or medical records, or share passwords, full account numbers, codes or security answers. Live examples use fictional information.
Yes. One $149 payment covers one household, including your spouse or partner. Agree together which files and account information each person may access.
An internet connection for live video and access to a spreadsheet and document editor. The editable files can be used locally or imported into Google Sheets and Docs. You do not need a participant portal or a new household app.
You’ll receive a written recap, the assignment and the relevant files. Recordings are not currently promised. The operator will confirm the support process before payment.
Start with a 30–60 minute work block each week and a short household check-in. Gathering missing information may take longer. You can continue unfinished tasks after the cohort.
It is an optional self-report of organization across eight areas. Scores range from 8 to 40, with higher scores meaning more organized. It does not verify account security or assess financial, legal or medical readiness.
The owner must confirm the policy before accepting payment. You will receive it with the payment invitation. No refund terms are presented as approved in this preview.
You may be invited to give honest feedback and separately approve a quote. Both are optional. Participation does not require a positive testimonial or permission to publish your name.
The next step
The short application helps us check the fit. Applying does not charge you or reserve a place.
The operator will aim to reply within two business days once applications open.
This program is organizational education, not financial, legal, tax, medical or cybersecurity advice. Use the templates to record where information is securely stored and what needs attention. Keep passwords, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, authentication and recovery codes, security answers, identity documents, sensitive medical records and private legal documents out of shared files, forms, emails, ordinary spreadsheets and AI tools.
